Terms of service

1. The service

CarRental provides multi-tenant car-rental management software at rentacar.callnsms.com. By creating a tenant you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not upload data that violates the privacy or rights of a third party.
• Do not attempt to access other tenants' data, bypass rate limits, or reverse-engineer security controls.
• Do not use the platform for fraud, money-laundering, or illegal activity.
• One account per human — do not share credentials.

3. Plans & billing

Starter is free up to the plan limits (10 cars / 2 users / 7-day audit). Growth and Fleet tiers are billed monthly. Offline payments (cash / cheque / bank transfer) are accepted and recorded as invoices by your super-admin.

4. Data ownership

You own the data in your tenant. We store and process it for you. You can export it any time via Dashboard → Export. We delete tenant data within 30 days of a written request; backups purge on normal rotation.

5. Availability

We target 99.5 % uptime but do not yet provide a formal SLA. Status is visible at /api/health. Scheduled maintenance is announced in-app.

6. Security

7. Liability

Service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months (or PKR 10,000 if you are on the free tier).

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you keep access for 30 days to export your data, after which the tenant is deleted.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will notify tenant admins by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
